The Policy & Innovation Committee may take up any agenda item at any time, regardless of the order listed. Public comment will be taken on the item at the time that it is taken up by the committee. Staff is proposing the board delegate authority to the executive director to execute the contract pooling together local government purchasing of automotive fuel and lubricants to save money and staff time.
The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has provided SACOG with a regional determination for the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) process, a state requirement with the objective to ensure cities and counties are zoning enough land to accommodate projected growth between 2021 and 2029.

Staff has completed technical analysis of transportation and land use assumptions and refined an initial set of policies and implementation activities for the 2020 Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (2020 MTP/SCS).
